IPAS' Mission Crew training can be integrated into CRM/TRM training. This provides a means of practicing the skills that the CRM/TRM theory provides. 20 years flying below 50' piloting Chinooks and Black Hawks for the military, EC-145s for Australian Customs Service and MD500s doing powerline work, and learning lessons from ag flying, and IPAS has learnt a thing or two about flying in an obstacle environment.
