SPARROWCALL® decision-making is a problem-solving methodology that investigates the different types of decisions and the environments in which they occur and distils a decision-making method to help solve problems, especially when the situation is complex and time is not necessarily on your side.
Many of the decision-making methods currently available are very useful, but usually lack two essential elements in the process. SPARROWCALL® decision-making has been created and trade marked by IPAS as a decision-making methodology which aims to change this situation and sets the organisation—or individual/team—on a path of learning from the experience. By doing so, mistakes are less likely to be repeated and future problem-solving becomes more efficient.

The SPARROWCALL® decision-making methodology can be used by businesses or teams or individuals. It can also be tailored for specific demographics such as young people or women decision-makers, any group that has specific needs. It is especially useful for complex problems where time is available, but its abbreviated format known as SPROCET is excellent for those times where information is limited and time is scarce and the situation is dynamic and high risk.
The SPARROWCALL® decision-making methodology can be a standalone training session for your business or team, or a short version can be integrated into a CRM course, a TRM course or a Mission Crew course.
